SWGalleries has partnered with CCNOW to allow them to act as our authorized online retailer for our products. This allows us to serve you better and offer you faster a turnaround time for your orders by allowing you to purchase your order through their secure online shopping servers using any major credit card.

All transactions you make through CCNOW are completely secure. At no time is your credit card or any other sensitive information sent through email or any unsecure method. We choose CCNOW because they can offer the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transactions to our customers. We value your security as much as you do.


Purchasing artwork from our site is EASY and SECURE. Following are step-by-step instructions about how to order:

Choose your artwork.
Click on Add to Cart button in the main window. (The shopping cart is opened and you can see the description and the price of the ordered article. If you want to order further articles, use either the Add More Items button, or the Back button of your browser).
Select your shipping destination (there are NO shipping and handling charges for anything you buy from us; it is just a simple shopping cart requirement)
Click "Pay and Finish" button.
On the following page you will see the summary of your order - items description, and the grand total price. There are no gimmicks or tricks. This is the final amount that will be charged to your credit card.
Click on either "Secure Checkout" or "Standard Checkout".
Fill in the shipping and payment form completely. Please, do not forget to enter your e-mail-address. Check ALL the information CAREFULLY!
Click "Submit This Order". You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes.

Your purchases will be dispatched usually within 72 hours of receipt of order. We ship by the safest available means. Deliveries are carried out by the United States Postal Service or UPS, depending on the cost and the speed of service. On the day of dispatch we will inform you via e-mail of the expected delivery date for your order. Customers from the USA and Canada additionally receive a UPS Tracking Number, which enables them to follow the journey of their package online.

Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee you a seven-day return and exchange right in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase. That means we will exchange the item for another one of equal value, or return your money. This is valid only if the item(s) remain in perfect condition. A credit on a charge card purchase will be completed when the item has been returned. Please, inform our staff via e-mail prior to returning purchases before shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorization.

If you wish to return your artwork:

Please e-mail or call us first.
Return the art in original packing container.
Ship prepaid air freight, insured for full value.
Your payment will be refunded by the same means you paid. Shipping charges will automatically be deducted.
If the artwork arrives in a damaged condition, it will be your responsibility to collect the insurance. Please contact us for help if you are not comfortable shipping art.
